'Red Z' non-biodegradable absorbent granules are the safe solution for the handling and disposal of high-risk (medical and other) waste, with a formula specially designed for surface spills. Sprinkle evenly on a spill – within seconds, the spill is contained and solidified, making for easy pick-up and disposal.

Red Z contains a small amount of sanitising ingredients / chlorine deodorisers (around 10,000 parts per million) that produce a faint odour. It will work with chemically based products such as photographic (X-Ray) developer, hypo and stabiliser, provided the material has at least 6% water content.

One 142g bottle (PR41101) contains enough material to absorb (solidify) up to 5 litres of water-containing spill, including blood products and other body fluids such as sputum, vomit, excrement and urine.
