Freight, installation, servicing, rental, disposal, environmental, or other charges may apply in addition to listed prices.

Payment

Special Orders

Special-order, custom-made, branded, imported, supplier-sourced, or non-stocked products cannot be cancelled once procurement or manufacturing has commenced.

Deposits paid on special-order products may be non-refundable.

Where Star Hygiene provides installation, servicing, maintenance, rental, waste collection, or managed hygiene services, additional service agreements and conditions may apply.

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to service locations.

Additional charges may apply where access is restricted, unsafe, unavailable, or where services cannot be completed due to circumstances outside our control.
